Adjustment Policy:
We want you to love your hair. If you are not satisfied with your services we ask that you reach out within 14 days of your appointment for adjustments.
Cancellation Agreement:
We ask for 24 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduled appointments
Failure to give adequate notice will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment cost.
Appointment no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
We understand that emergencies happen and they will be taken into consideration.
All service bookings for Harmony Salon Company require a credit card on file to reserve the appointment time.
